BIO: Coach Merrick has spent the past 22 years coaching high school football in the state of Oregon. He has spent the past eight seasons at Sunset High School serving as head coach for the past four. Prior to Sunset Coach Merrick spent 10 seasons at Beaverton High coaching both receivers and offensive line and contributing to multiple playoff teams including two semi-final teams. He spent his first four years coaching at McKay HS in Salem.
Coach Merrick lives in Beaverton with his wife Melissa and their two daughters Natalie and Macie.
